Definitely helps in keeping the seat sittable... The full kit is probably a good idea as well.

Overhyped under delivered. I learned a lot on how the V4 is built during this install thats about it, 3 out 5 beards difficulty. Directions good, pictures a little dark. Left side is hotter now, do not remove oem insulation or put it back oem is better than foil not lol. Right side is better but not worth the cost or labor. Seat is already insulated due to padding no change there. To remove tiny ez strip screws use solder iron and heat each screw to melt lock tight or your faakd. The bike is a nut roaster. I have owned 9 bikes this is far and above the hottest bike ever. Foil is not going to help. 2 stars total, only because of directions, 4star for design but 1 star for actually solving an issue that is not solvable. Don't waste 4hrs of your life or money. Kit should be no more than 59 bucks.
